How guided meditation helps you know how to achieve the Relaxation Responseand be healthier. December 31, 2011 at 9:46 pm

I want to find out better ways to calm down so I’m not so terribly stressed so much of the time. It seems like I am always in a rush, and constantly have 1,000,000 things swirling around in my head. I’m not sleeping so good, I’m always in a terrible mood and it is almost impossible to pay attention at the office.
So I studied this excellent site on guided meditation that had some great suggestions. The writer teaches guided meditation. She explains that when you listen to a calm voice that is telling you how to relax, the results are usually far better than if you attempt to do it on your own.
The site says that twenty minutes of doing guided meditation practice every day can totally reverse the consequences of stress. That sounds good to me!
